2. General
This website provides information about Mag. Roland König. Personal data is processed only insofar as this is necessary for the secure operation of the website or for answering your enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Fonts are delivered exclusively from my own server; no third-party fonts or design elements are loaded. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are integrated for audience measurement – in a cookieless default setting described in detail in section 4.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary log data, in particular IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable provision of the website and the prevention of misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is kept only for as long as operation and security require. Where required, agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are concluded with processors.
4. Audience measurement (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics)
This website integrates Google Tag Manager (container GTM-WPX35XFV) and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-R3J620DKGV). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
They are integrated using Google Consent Mode with a data-minimising default setting: the signals ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are set to ‘denied’ by default. In this setting no cookies are set and no identifiers are stored beyond the individual page view; only aggregated, cookieless measurement signals are sent to Google.
For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to Google when the scripts are loaded; processing in the USA cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in data-minimising audience measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You can prevent the measurement by blocking scripts from googletagmanager.com in your browser or with a browser extension.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you contact me by email or phone, I process your details (name, contact details, content of your message) exclusively to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). As a rule, the details are deleted six months after the enquiry has been completed, unless statutory retention obligations or a contractual relationship require longer storage. Please do not send detailed health data or medical documents by email; for confidential matters, please arrange a suitable means of communication by phone. If you are looking for therapy, please contact my practice directly (insglueck.at (opens in a new window)).
6. Links to other websites
This website links to insglueck.at, viennaclinicalhypnosis.com and timeinvoicer.at as well as to public information services of the Austrian federal government. The privacy policies of those websites apply when you visit them.
7. Recipients
Data is received only by those parties that need it for the purposes stated, in particular the hosting provider, the email service provider and – within the audience measurement described in section 4 – Google Ireland Limited. Data is not passed on for advertising purposes and personal data is not sold. Apart from the possible processing by Google described in section 4, no transfer to third countries takes place.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
